Jiaxing Chuanghui Electric Engineering Co., Ltd, headquartered in Tongxiang Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, the company was founded in 2004, is a high and low-voltage power transmission and transformation project construction and installation, maintenance of enterprises. The company consists of Personnel and Administration Department, Preliminary Settlement Department, Procurement Department, Finance Department, Marketing Department and Engineering Department, etc., of which the Engineering Department is divided according to the specific content of the operation: Substation Project Department (12 teams), Line Project Department (6 teams). There are more than 500 employees, including 3 first-class constructors, 15 second-class constructors, 1 senior engineer, 36 engineers, 52 assistant engineers, and more than 240 high-voltage electricians. At present, our company has already possessed the qualification of Grade II General Contractor of Electric Power Engineering, Grade II Professional Contractor of Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering, Grade II Professional Contractor of City and Road Lighting Engineering, Grade III License for Installing (Repairing and Testing) Electric Power Facilities, and Safety Production License for Building Construction, and it is the High-tech Enterprise of Zhejiang Province, and the provincial AAA Grade “Contract Abiding and Credit Repaying” Enterprise. It is a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province and AAA grade “contract-keeping and credit-keeping” enterprise.
The company's main business is to undertake 110kV and below power distribution rooms, renovation and overhead lines, cable laying, operation and maintenance repairs, and emergency support projects. We can prepare the project construction plan according to the needs of customers, deepen the quality of the project, and can take care of and assist in the relevant procedures such as electricity use and power-on.
Since 2010, the company has extended its industrial chain and successively established Jiaxing Chuanghui Electric Engineering Co., Ltd., Jiaxing Zhenghui Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., Jiaxing Henghui Electric Power Engineering Design Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Zhihui Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Power design, complete sets of equipment, installation and construction have realized the one-stop advantage of service integration.

Company History
At the beginning of 2004, the company moved into the two rented stores on the west road of the school, the team of about 15 people began to enter the construction of power supply systems; on August 27 of the same year, the official registration of Tongxiang City Chuanghui Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd.
In November 2010, the company extended its industrial chain and set up Jiaxing Zhenghui Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd, which is mainly engaged in high and low voltage power distribution equipment, industrial automation control equipment, box-type substation and so on.
In September 2011, the company has the third level qualification of professional contracting for power transmission and substation engineering, and the fourth level qualification of licensing for undertaking installation (repair and testing) of electric facilities.
On October 9, 2012, Jiaxing Henghui Electric Power Engineering Design Co., Ltd.
In March 2013, it was officially renamed as “Jiaxing Chuanghui Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd."
In 2014, Jiaxing Jiazheng Technology Co., Ltd. was established, mainly in the field of new photovoltaic energy; Wuzhen Avenue plant Chuanghui Electric Tongxiang Project Department was established.
On December 18, 2015, Zhejiang Zhihui Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated.
In 2016, it undertook the distribution project of Wujiang Ancient Village Protection and Tourism Poverty Alleviation Development Project in Zunyi County, Guizhou Province, and the Guizhou Zunyi Project Department was established.
In September 2016, the Chuanghui Electric Science and Technology Association was established.
In 2017, the company passed the evaluation of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
On August 8, 2019, the Jiaxing project department was officially relocated to the newly built Zhihui new building; in December of the same year, the Jiaxing Zhihui training site was completed and opened.
In 2020, Zhihui Honghe Branch was established and Guangdong Project Department was set up.
In May 2021, Zhenghui workshop moved into the new plant of more than 18,000 square meters of Zhenghui Electric Power Equipment; in the same year, Henghui Design was upgraded from Class C to Class B qualification, and Chuanghui's qualification of undertaking installation (repair and test) was upgraded from Class IV to Class III.
On March 22, 2022, all Zhenghui and Henghui moved into the new office building.
In 2022-2023, the construction of Guangdong Chikan Ancient Town Power Distribution Project, Shandong Zhangqiu Mingshui Ancient Town Project (Eastern Scenic Area Phase I and Phase II) and Jiangsu Yixing Yohu Town Project was completed one after another.
In April 2023, the company's Wuhu Distribution Network Non-stop Operation Project Department was established, giving full play to the advantages accumulated in the usual band power operation, and taking a firm step forward! In December of the same year, the qualification of Chuanghui Electric Power was successfully upgraded to Grade II General Contractor of Electric Power Engineering.
The company is 20 years old and has steadily expanded its 35kV and 110kV installation and construction.
